An ActiveCare Pump is developed on MCS’s patented C.E.C.T. (Continuous Enhanced Circulation Therapy) technology
ActiveCare + S.F.T. has two unique, main attributes for inpatient and outpatient settings in the prevention for DVT/VTE:
- Synchronized Flow Technology (S.F.T.) is a patented technology that allows the pump to determine the venous phasic flow of each patient, allowing the device to synchronize compressions to each patient’s specific flow pattern
- The device is lightweight and has a fully portable design, weighing 1.65lbs and can operate either by battery or AC/DC adapter
