We are an approved Medicare provider of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). We have proudly achieved ACHC accreditation, the industry’s highest standard. Our full time certified technicians are on call Monday-Sunday 8am-8pm, ensuring continuous technical support for all equipment.

Improving Patient Satisfaction with Durable Medical Equipment

With a physician’s referral, our professional staff will begin to authorize all claims with the patient’s insurance company. We will contact the patient to schedule a personal appointment. Next, our certified technicians will instruct the patient on the use of the prescribed equipment. Our customer service staff will contact the patient to make sure they are satisfied and progressing with their recovery. Our billing staff is available to answer all questions regarding the patient’s account.
